Story Behind Horizon
Horizon was born out of a problem I kept seeing firsthand. At YBM, we build everything from complex SaaS products to websites for large educational, commercial, and medical institutions. These organizations have plenty of content, but once their sites go live, users struggle to find specific answers buried across pages and documents. Ironically, we face the same issue as developers when navigating long SDK documentations. The problem was never the lack of information - it was how hard it was to access it.
So I built Horizon to change that. A lightweight, easy-to-integrate chatbot that truly understands your website or documents - even if you don't have anything prepared.
