Our Services include automated redaction of personally identifiable information (PII) in chatbot conversations. PII redaction is fully supported for English-language content. For conversations in other languages, redaction is applied on a best-effort basis and complete removal of PII cannot be guaranteed. If your use case involves sensitive data in non-English languages, we recommend implementing additional safeguards on your end.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide you Services. If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your data within 30 days, unless we need to retain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Your Rights
